Initially working as a Service Desk Analyst and using the ServiceNow software to log incidents, Angelique now delivers ServiceNow training to our clients. By partnering with workforce training organizations such as Takota Group, Creating IT Futures and JFCS, we are able to foster multiple levels of career advancement. We’ve connected with STEM college students through the Minnesota High Tech Association’s SciTechsperience Internship Program and offered them hands-on experience. Adults of all ages attend large universities in various ways and have found the “entrepreneurial minded” culture at Virteva the perfect place put their degrees to work. The University of Minnesota’s College of Continuing Education recently featured one of their graduates, Nic Mann who, as a ServiceNow Developer, spends 70% of his time developing and 30% doing business process and customer interaction work.
