Virteva Hires ServiceNow Practice Leader
Benjamin Burdick to Direct Virteva’s ServiceNow Portfolio
Minneapolis, Minnesota – March 18, 2015 – Virteva, an IT Managed Services and Professional Services company, today announced the addition of Benjamin Burdick, practice lead for Virteva’s ServiceNow services.
Burdick comes to Virteva with several years of IT experience including roles at Prime Therapeutics, Best Buy, Mayo Health Foundations and Ecolab. Burdick has led multiple ServiceNow integrations in the role of lead engineer. ServiceNow is a platform-as-a-service provider of enterprise service management software. Virteva’s 24x7x365 Service Desk and Operations Center runs its systems on ServiceNow for the majority of clients it serves.

Burdick will work closely with Virteva’s research and development team to create new services designed to maximize the value of our clients’ ServiceNow investments. He will assist from a technological perspective and act as a mentor and coach to Virteva’s administrators and developers.
